We offer FREE Delivery across Tamil Nadu.

In such cases, delivery may take additional time.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, festivals, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
- Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Currently, we accept Prepaid Orders Only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
🔄 Returns & Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product with any issue, we are happy to assist with a replacement.
Replacement requests are accepted only for the following situations:
- ✅ Damaged Product
- ✅ Incorrect Product Received
- ✅ Wrong Colour Product Received
- ✅ Manufacturing Defect (if applicable)
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or replacement request, an unboxing video is compulsory.
The video must meet all of the following requirements:
- Start recording before opening the package.
- Clearly show the shipping label and outer packaging.
- Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous recording.
- The product and all contents must be clearly visible.
- The video must have no cuts, no pauses, no edits, and no transitions.
❌ Edited videos, multiple clips, screen recordings, or videos with cuts will not be accepted.
Failure to provide a valid continuous unboxing video may result in your replacement request being rejected.
📦 Replacement Process
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or wrong-colour product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your:
- Order Number
- Clear product photos
- Mandatory continuous unboxing video
- Our support team will review your request.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
❌ Returns Not Eligible
Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:
- No unboxing video is provided.
- The unboxing video is edited, cut, or incomplete.
- The issue is reported after the allowed time period.
- The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or altered.
- The original packaging and accessories are missing.
