4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
  • Refuse service if incorrect information is provided.
  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Currently, Wow Wow Pets accepts Prepaid Orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

6. Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping Across India.

7. Returns & Replacements

Replacement requests are accepted only for:

  • Damaged Products
  • Incorrect Products
  • Wrong Colour Products
  • Manufacturing Defects (where applicable)

A valid continuous unboxing video is mandatory for every replacement request.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label and packaging.
  • Capture the complete unboxing in one single take.
  • Have no cuts, edits, pauses, or modifications.

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in rejection of the replacement request.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
